Interview
They take you out to lunch. You'll BS with some guy who thinks he's hot stuff. He shows you how much money he makes. You act like you care. You don't really believe him because he probably gambles it all away or can't manage it. He probably struggled to pass his finance course in college or doesn't contribute to his 401k. Realize it's a temporary job but act like it's important to you.

Brief phone screen, in person interview with 5 or 6 account managers and the sales manager, the final interview was a lunch interview. the questions they ask arent hard but they want to see that you are conversational and have the assertiveness for sales. They are looking for sharp, social, and assertive people.
