The interview experience was great! It started out with a phone interview with a Corporate Recruiter. During the phone interview she asked me several questions about my background and what my career aspirations were. I never knew anything about the staffing industry and had zero sales experience being that I just graduated from college, so she thoroughly explained the opportunity and what the industry was about. Also, I was nervous because my lack of experience but she made me feel comfortable by explaining her own background and experience. I then came in for a face to face interview where I first met the Sales Manager and then an Account Manager. We discussed my background, their background, sales and the opportunity. The thing I liked most about the interview was it felt like a conversation between two people trying to see if we matched up. With some other opportunities I interviewed for it felt like I was being drilled with questions that didn't represent that type of person I am or what I can bring to the table.
