Insight Global interview questions

I was originally contacted by a Corporate Recruiter from Insight Global after a sales internship I had, after which, he told me about the company, their culture, and the day-to-day responsibilities of the position. From that initial phone interview, I was set up with a face-to-face interview in their office. I personally loved the first interview; everyone I met with was very energetic, outgoing, and seemed genuinely eager to meet me. In all I met with 3 people, one of which being one of the managers of the office. I was then invited back for a lunch interview where the other managers took me out for some lunch. The interview itself was exactly how my corporate recruiter said it would be, extremely conversational. A day after the interview I received a call that I got the job, and very happily accepted.

Interviewed for this position straight out of college. Very young staff and an extremely salesy environment. Asked basic questions such as "what makes you stand out from others," etc. The interviewed actually said that after about a year I would be sitting on a golf course smoking cigars and swooning high level clientele. Overall, not the company for me.
