As usual, when you post your resume online, you get a ton of emails and calls from companies. What I liked about Insight Global was the recruiter actually looked over my resume before calling me, actually was curious to see what I wanted in a career, and then proceeded to tell me about their company and opportunity. Like always, it sounded too good to be true, then I looked up their growth online and saw that they had accomplished everything told to me, so I was hooked. I was invited in for a personal interview, met a couple people, about 10-15min each, was there for about 45min, really liked the opportunity. After a day or two, got a call back to have lunch, really excited to go out with the office manager. Really relaxing interview, learned a ton more about the company, they learned more about me, no really hard questions. Then within a day or two of that final interview, I was offered the job and really liked they asked me how long I would need to make my answer. Too many companies give deadlines, but this made it easy to talk with my parents, and a couple days later, called them back to accpet the recruiter position. Then what made that even better, was they were open to my starting scheduled (already had a trip and wedding on the books) so that was great not having to stress about the start date.
