First phone interviewed by corporate recruiter, talked about myself, experiences in college, why I was drawn to Insight Global, and learned more about the company. I then interviewed in-person with office manager and the sales manager over a lunch. The interview was just how my corporate recruiter told me it would go. They want you to carry the conversation, drive forth the topics, and keep them talking. Are you a people person? Are you a Type A personality? After the entrees came out, we started going into why I liked sales, why Insight Global, why I would be good at sales. Very open yet pertinent questions for their core business.
After lunch I was brought up to the office, where I talked to several Account Managers. I was able to ask any questions I wanted to and learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities/activities of their positions. I was also asked a lot of the same questions as at lunch. Why would I be good at sales? Why me right now among everyone else? Why Insight Global? In addition to asking about who I was.
