I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
A corporate recruiter found my resume and reached out to me but I had never heard of the company. The only reason I scheduled an interview was because I absolutely loved the recruiter, we clicked instantly. However, it was difficult to understand what the company was about and when I went to the first office it was a suite in a downtown building. First entering the office, it was very blank and it was completely separate from where all employees were, confusing. I also had to figure out that I needed to pick up a phone on the front desk to let them know I was there because there was no receptionist to greet me when I first walked in. When someone finally came out 5+ minutes later, they told me to wait in one of the conference rooms at the front which was also blank, nothing on the walls or info pamphlets anywhere and I waited for 30-45 minutes in a blank room with nothing to look at until someone came in to interview me. All the people I met through the interview process were very nice and likable people, but the interview process was just out of whack.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Orlando, FL) in May 2014
Interview
The Interview process was one of the most enjoyable I have experienced. The corporate recruiter I spoke with was very nice and easy to talk to as well as very organized and punctual. The office manager I interviewed was the same way. It was a very conversational and less formal kind of interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (New York, NY)
Interview
Was contacted through linkedin, then met with the recruiter at the school job fair. She called and said that she thought I would be a good fit after meeting me at the job fair, so we would skip the phone interview. I went into NYC twice for interviews. Both times I found myself waiting in a room for a long time before anyone came, and I could hear an interview going on in the room next to me. After about a week and a half (she said they would get back to me in 24 hours), the recruiter called and said they were deciding between me and another candidate and they ultimately chose the other candidate.
