I was referred to Insight Global by a colleague. I got a phone interview and then I had an in person interview. I was hired at the end of the in person interview but then the client had to await the budget which took about a month. After two years of unemployment during the worst part of the recession, I was hired!

The most difficult question to answer was why I had been unemployed for so long with my skill set. Fortunately, the interviewers were knowledgeable about the struggles of the recession.
Over my 30 year career as a Microsoft technologist, I've been through many interviews. My recent interview with Insight Global was the most pleasant and professionally conducted interview yet. I appreciated the respect I was shown and the focus on my previous experience, skills and references rather than being put through a rigorous series of whiteboard and online technical interviews. Overall, I give Insight Global my highest rating for their professionalism and courtesy!
