I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Harrisonburg, VA)
Interview
On-Campus interview. The woman I interviewed was not extremely friendly. The interview was a little odd to me, personally. It was more of a conversation, which I thought went well. Other people I know, who interviewed, didn't get the chance to speak and the company was 30 minutes late for the interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2011
Interview
The interview process had two steps. The first was an "in-office" interview where I had a chance to meet the management, talk to others who were in the Account Manager role and ask them questions, then I got a tour of the office to see the culture of the company. The second interview was a lunch interview where a Sales Manager and another Account Manager took me to a restaurant across the street and offered me the job after!

Question 1
What's been my biggest challenge I've have to overcome
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a Corporate Recruiter via LinkedIn. She explained a little about the company and told me if I was interested in the opportunity to contact her. I reached out to her about a week later and we talked on the phone about my background and she explained more about the position and company. She then set me up for a one on one interview with a Sales Manager the following week. The interview was very conversational and straightforward. Ultimately I didn't feel like I was a good fit for the company.
