I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global in Apr 2014
Interview
I got contacted by a recruiter after she found my resume on monster. I had about a fifteen minute conversation with the recruiter over the phone and she invited me in to meet with the sales manager two days later. I met with an account manager before the sales manager and was only asked a few questions, then was asked what questions I had. Have a lot of questions prepared, as it is very conversational based. Then I met with the sales manager and was very similar to the interview with the account manager. After the interview was over, I was taken into the office and greeted by everyone working. I heard back from them and was invited back for a second interview an hour after leaving the office, but decided the job wasn't a good fit for me.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter over the phone. We made arrangements to interview in Dallas (I live in OKC). The recruiter said I would be meeting with many other employees during my interview, but after driving 3 hours in the snow, turns out half the office was gone on a snow day. I met with the one guy I was in contact with and no one else. He did not ask about my background, really just tried to get a sense of my personality. We met for probably 20 minutes then I was free to go. Honestly felt it was a waste of my time and gas.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Stillwater, OK) in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied for the position through my university's hiring system. Within a few days I received a phone call from the company's recruiter. We scheduled an on-campus interview. The interview went well I thought. It was VERY casual conversation and he even asked about the bar life in my college town. The interview seemed more like a sales pitch on the company instead of getting to know the candidate for the position; so I don't believe he really got to know me or got to see if I was properly qualified for the position. It seemed like they were just looking for someone who was interested in fun and partying and not much focused on work.
