Insight Global Account Manager/Recruiter interview questions

I received a phone call after I had posted my resume on Monster from a Corporate Recruiter. We talked about my background, what I was looking for in a company, and she told me a lot about the opportunity at Insight Global. What really impressed me was the growth of the company, the culture, and the training/development they offered as I just recently graduated from college. After I went in for my first interview, I was blown away and the rest has been history : ) From the second I walked in, I knew it was the right fit for me. Everyone was so friendly and passionate about what they did. I loved the environment as well as employees I met, and I thought the interview went way better than I could have ever imagined!

I applied for this position through my college and was interviewed on campus. I was interviewed by one woman and it was very casual. It seemed like she wanted to get a sense of my personality more than anything else, and she did a lot of the talking as well. About a week later I received an email saying that I did not get the job.
