IKEA Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had 2 interviews. One was with my direct manager and the other was with a different manager. The questions were fairly simple and straightforward, asking about working style, past experience, as well as some scenario questions. Very much "team" orientated. Overall, fairly easy interview.

Online app, in person interview twice. I received an answer to my online application stating that I would be receiving a phone call to set up a time for a face to face interview. I received, they asked a few questions and we set up a time for face to face interview. I received 2nd phone call to set up final interview, did the interview, they presented me with a job offer and I accepted. There was at least a week of training on policy and procedure after that and then on the job training with a "buddy".
