I had applied online for a customer service role at Ikea, a few days later got a telephone interview brief and then was contacted again for a face to face interview

Interview
Submitted cv and cover letter through online recruit agency. Then got a phone call from HR to arrange first time in person interview which was a group interview, asking you to introduce yourself and why you wanna work for IKEA. If you pass first round, you will get contact from HR again for second interview with departement manager, asking more questions about your CV. It was easy and relaxing.

Online form, test, assetment centre, many other candidates were there, a few group activities, 1 to 1 interview x 2, a few short breaks, the interviewers were friendly and tried to help you to get the job
