IKEA Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was brief and straight to the point. My interviewer had a bland expression, so I couldn't determine much. I made myself comfortable by seeing the interviewer as a work colleague. It lasted for about 30 minutes and I was told that a feedback would be sent to my email.

I was asked simple "get to know me" questions and some specific questions about how I handled certain situations. If you have a bunch of stand out situations at old jobs, you'll be prepared for the interview. Times you had to deal with upsetting customer situations, difficult coworkers, etc.
