IKEA Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

You had to do a small quiz, a few questions asking you to find information on the website and provide them the info in a way you would to a customer as well as introduction video. After these steps, if you are accepted to the next round there is a video interview!

After applying online, I was given an online assessment. After passing this, I was asked to record a video of me answering a few questions which was sent to the employers. Then I was invited to a video call with the employee which was about 30-40 mins long, very comfortable.
