Long process, it took almost two months the whole thing.
I had two screen phones calls, first with a Hr and then with the team lead. On-site interview as well. Did not make it, no offer or whatsover.

Considering it was a pioneer and pre-store opening team, I got called almost a month after I submitted my resume and CV. We were called to a Design Workshop where we get to meet our reporting Managers for each department. The "Getting to know" process was fun and didn't feel like an Interview at all. There were all sorts of design activities and "getting to know" each casual questions
