IKEA Interior Designer interview questions

Very casual, fun, and i felt really appreciated. They ask me to explain the task given. And they really want to know if my personality fits their value. They listen carefully, they even calm me down every time they knew i was nervous. I love the interview process

I participated till now only in the first step of the interviewing process. In this step I had to create a moodboard of my dreamed living room and handle it by email in 60 minutes. We could use whatever program we wanted.
