IHG Hotels and Resorts interview questions

The recruiter contacted me quite soon after an online application to make an interview appointment. A 30 minutes long telephone interview with pretty standard competency-based questions. Apart from that, the interview was very much focused on questions around my chosen field and the reasons I want to work in hospitality industry.

It was very brief!! It only took five minutes all in all. All of the applicants were made to stay in one room, and we were called one by one. Before the interview, we were phoned the day prior. After that, it took only two days before they called me up again, telling me I was accepted. It was a very pleasant process.
