There is a multiple step interview process. It started with a brief phone interview, after which we set up an on site visit. During the onsite there were multiple steps including behavioral based questions, a role play scenario to illustrate how you would handle a particular situation with a subordinate, and a meeting with the site director. They also provide a quick tour of the facility.
