IHG Hotels and Resorts interview questions

During the interview with the hiring manager or a member of the management team, you can expect to be asked questions aimed at understanding your qualifications, skills, and suitability for the waiter role. These questions may revolve around your previous work experience, knowledge of food and beverage service, customer service skills, and ability to work in a team.

First a test to answer on a website (about how your personality, how do you act in a team, your skills...). Then Interview with HR, then with a Team Leader, a member of the team. After that I received an offer.
