IHG Hotels and Resorts interview questions

The process was handled through a recruitment agency that informed me of the date/time of the interview. Interviewer kept me waiting for almost 45mins on the day of the interview but apologized. All the questions asked were straightforward and job-related. However, IHG did not revert to me after the interview to inform me on how i had faired.

Three inter views, by phone, by HR invited to the hotel and by department head invited to hotel. Big Island lot to do lots of activity's for the staff. Lot of training's are given to the staff.
