I applied online. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts
Interview
Interview process for this role was structured and communicative from the HR side - they knew exactly which steps would be ahead and with whom. That was the exception however, as most other roles seemed to be a black hole. Conversations were friendly, interesting, and thoughtful. In the end, after 4 rounds of interviews, we were far apart on compensation so it was a mutual agreement to not proceed to an offer.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts (Denham, South East England, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Three month interview process, final interviewer was rude, did not ask follow up questions, no feedback provided, and at least 2 weeks between each interaction. As a candidate, I felt like I was driving the interview process. This is hospitality???

I applied online. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
A little drawn out but thorough. Everyone was nice and open about challenges and opportunities within the office. HR was very communicative and kept me in the loop the whole way.
