Interview
the interview was relatively easy, as i was applying for the intern position and was already recommended by the school. i was interviewed by 2 girls from the human resources department, most of it was a conversation on the recent subjects i had at school and later the change the language to english in order to confirm that i was fluent.
Interview process wasn’t intimidating, very friendly, genuine and fun. Great questions and they are just looking for genuine answers. First interview was over the song and the second was a Casual sit down, met with two different managers for the second interview.
Resume was on file. Called back when position came open. Straight forward one on one interview. Make sure to be personable and relaxed. Use eye contact and dont go off topic.

Interview
Is very friendly as the culture of the country is. You basically past first a basic interview by phone, then if they like you in less than one week you'll get in touch with HR. This interview takes longer, you will be asked to pass through several physiological tests. Finally, if you got everything fine, the same day or the day after you go for the departmental interview, which is really practical, they can ask you to simulate a situation.
