I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts in Mar 2008
Interview
I was contacted by the division manager for a phone interview. It went on for 30 minutes. Then I was conveyed through mail about my 1:1 interview which was conducted after 5 days. It was a panel of 5 mainly managers. It seemed they had distributed topics among them. One was consistent on my previous skills. Other was more tilting towards my peoples skills. One of them gave me a situation based problem where I had to give an answer which would satisfy them (which is usually not the case!). Overall interview environment was light. Being of the same field I was able to answer most of their business related questions but was not able to satisfy on analytical skills.

Question 1
How many owners you will be able to connect right away?
Great interview process. The interviewers selected well thought out questions as well as the group participated equally in good conversations and relevant topics. The interviewers were prepared and answered truthfully during the entire process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts in Dec 2020
Interview
Had a series of zoom and phone interviews. Initial 1-on-1 interviews with the two leaders of the group, followed by two 2-on-1 interviews with members of the team, had calls with higher-level leaders above the direct team I was interviewing for. Had an analysis assignment that I presented to those original two leaders that I spoke to.
All meetings were very conversational and easy to talk through. Most of the interviews were more about personality and fit, then the assignment presentation was more focused on competency (but was still very conversational). Overall a very good experience and took about a month.
