have answered the fact as is, the reasons were based on the instable political and financial reasons in Lebanon that affected badly the hospitality industry. the interview was not up to the standard and it was somehow unprofessional taking advantage from the crisis that affected the moral and the need to work abroad. this discrimination was considered as a huge gap in my perception towards the chain in general and the recruiter in particular. the offer was based on my crisis situation and not my qualifications or the budget set for this position. unfortunately I have discontinued the process and rejected the offer.
