It was a fairly easy interview. You meet with HR coordinator then department head and general manager. It varies from hotel to hotel. They asked about previous experience and what I'd offer to position and company.

Interview
The assessment day started with case study exercises followed by role plays and presentations and guest complaints handling . overall it was an great experience but i feel assessment round is not required for the supervisor level.
