ICON Clinical Research Associate I interview questions

Process took 3 weeks. First a phone interview with the recruiter, than F2F with a representative of the sponsor, and then with the FSP country lead. Phone interview was very short, just some very basic questions about my background etc. Face to face interviews were very straight forward, there were no tricky or unexpected questions. Line manager was very friendly and honest about the position. 3 days after the last interview the HR called me with the offer.

They scrutinize people to get the best results, lacks the idea of making the interviewee comfortable.
