Recruiter requested my resume on LinkedIn; went through a phone screen with her. A week later I had an interview with 2 Managers that lasted a little over an hour.

Interview
Process took 3 weeks. First a phone interview with the recruiter, than F2F with a representative of the sponsor, and then with the FSP country lead.
Phone interview was very short, just some very basic questions about my background etc.
Face to face interviews were very straight forward, there were no tricky or unexpected questions. Line manager was very friendly and honest about the position.
3 days after the last interview the HR called me with the offer.
