Interview
Online interview was great. They introduced the company and the benefits of joining the company. This makes you comfortable and gives you an insight on how it would be to joint the organization. They tell you about growth opportunities in the organization and also how much you can learn. There was enough time give to answer questions.

Interview
I was first given a phone interview by HR if I remember correctly and then set a date for a later onsite interview with a panel of three people. The tone was professional and slightly casual but it definitely gave a certain audition-type vibe as if to say qualifications may be good and well but fitting our company aesthetic is what will your foot in the door.
