You first talk with the talent acquistion team who then arranges a meeting with the Manager. You are then interviewed by the Manager only. You are asked interview like questions. You then meet with the Sponsor separately.

Video screening for me was difficult, after my fail to pass screening, they didn't give me another chance for other openings. After receiving email, had 48h to record the video.
