I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hexagon (Nottingham, Inglaterra) in Feb 2022
Interview
A large number of hoops jump through. After an initial phone interview, and completing a substantial set of coding exercises (which took several hours), was asked to travel a large distance to give an in person presentation about a technical subject or project I had previously worked on. There was no option to perform this interview remotely, despite the fact I would have been relocating across the country for the role. Travel expenses were not provided, nor was catering or any other hospitality on arrival at the office. After the technical interview, and a recommendation to HR from the technical team, was made to complete over two hours of nonsensical online testing by the HR department, including an IQ test, a BuzzFeed-style personality quiz, and tests of basic arithmetic and reading comprehension skills. Those last two tests were rapidly-timed which made them stressful, dispute not being terribly difficult if you are proficient in English and have a GCSE-level education. They asked me to complete these tests the same day I received them. After receiving good test results, had an hour-long interview with HR about them, which amounted to an involved discussion of my BuzzFeed quiz results, culminating in being informed what that says about my Myers-Briggs personality type. This was very very useful and certainly not a waste of multiple people's time. They then proceeded to offer well below the market rate for the role.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hexagon (Barcelona) in May 2022
Interview
IT product manager at Hexagon MI for software applications to carry on worldwide product management. Firstly, I was contacted by headhunter with a good follow-up by phone and long conversations about the position. Later on, I was interviewed by Hexagon BDM by Teams, but was not clear about which timeline was expected. Really good experience with the headhunter, but no feedback from Hexagon due seems was not clear to cover thi position or not. At, the end good experience, but wasted time.
