Hexagon interview questions

I was reached out to by an internal recruiter. I had a call with the recruiter and a call with the hiring manager. I was informed that due to timing, it would take longer to get feedback, following I was informed that there are some delays, until I was ultimately ghosted. I am forced to assume that I was strung along until someone else took the offer. I would appreciate more transparency. Tell me it will take time, tell me if the hiring is put on hold, tell me if I'm out, but ghosting really sours the whole relationship.
