Hertz Branch Manager Trainee interview questions

Filled out an application online and was given a call by an HR rep. They basically go over the company, their values, the perks, as well as the position itself and the responsibilities that come along. I was offered an interview after the 15 minute screening. The interview lasted 15 minutes. We basically ran through my resume, I was asked situational questions. I waited a few hours before receiving a call with the offer. Before anything is official you must take a drug test, then complete some onboarding stuff on a computer. They also definitely do a very thorough background check and they do verify information.

It was very simple! I interviewed with the area manager. The interview was about an hour long in which he talked for about 30 minutes and asked questions after. I also got a chance to ask any other questions that were not already answered.
