Hertz Branch Manager Trainee interview questions

Applied online and received a call from an out of state recruiter the same day. She asked a few basic questions. "Why Hertz?", "Tell me about your customer service experience", etc. She set me up an interview with the area manager. I thought the interview went great. She was very nice and mentioned how much she liked my education and experience. She gave me a brief job description and asked 5 basic behavior questions. She said that the recruiter would give me a call next week. One week later I received an email from the recruiter thanking me for my interest but explaining that I would not be considered for the position.

Three Total interviews, One group interview, One 1:1 with the Area Manager and then a second 1:1 with the branch Manager. Be prepared to talk about customer service, over coming objections, dealing with difficult people, competitive nature, and personal outlook.
