Hertz Branch Manager Trainee interview questions

Pretty easy interview. I interviewed with the current branch manager. It was basically the manager describing difficult situations with customers and asking how I would react. I gave the answers the manager would like to hear about being responsible, preferring to work at a fast pace, being easy to get along with and coming across as competitive and eager to earn commission. Definitely vibing with the manger because that is who you are working closely with.

I was selected while in college a Hertz recruiter came to a college work fair, spoke with the woman for a bit and she felt I would be a good fit for their position, she followed up by setting up an interview for me with the hiring manager. I had one interview and was offered the job less then a week later.
