1 x 30min w/recruiter, 1 x 30 min w/hiring manager, 1 x 30 min w/ director and other managers in the team. This was a year ago however and now they get people to complete an excel test (even though it doesn't sound like the results are always looked at if not relevant to the role) as well as another written test.
