L'expérience est plutôt moyenne dans l'ensemble.
Bien que l'entretien en lui-même se soit très bien déroulé : RH sympathique & échange intéressant.
C'est plutôt la forme du retour qui est décevante : j'ai reçu un mail automatique de refus le lendemain suite auquel j'ai contacté l'interlocuteur RH qui ne m'a pas répondu.
Je trouve assez moyen d'envoyer un mail automatique de refus pour un candidat reçu 45 min en entretien et encore plus de ne pas prendre la peine de le répondre pour lui expliquer les raisons de ce refus (tous les retours sont bons à prendre en période de recherche d'emplois).
C'est dommage, ça ne me donne pas de vision positive de l'entreprise.

Interview
Phone screening with a talent acquisition coordinator followed by a video interview with management. Was asked a series of questions pertaining to my work experience and how it related to the companies core values.

A case study is followed right after the Recruiter call. Candidates have 3 days (72H) to prepare the case study- which is a current operational challenge in the organisation. The Case study will be presented to the hiring manager in the next interview.
