Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Online Test - Mock customer questions pop up and you answer and you feel you would as a customer care executive. E.g. "Hi my delivery hasn't come today at it's already 5pm, can you help?"
Telephone Interview - I was asked a few questions e.g. what customer care experience I have and when was the last time I experienced good and bad customer care.
Group Interview & Individual Interview - Both were on the same day and really relaxed. They asked questions in a role play style e.g. if a customer said this, what would you do? And the group interview was just a number of activities to see how we worked together.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HelloFresh in Mar 2015
Interview
Small chat with the Head of Customer Care in a coffee shop discussing:
- my experience
- what they are looking for in a Team Member (this has changed since then!)
- what they aim to achieve in CC

Question 1
What do you look for when you contact a Customer Care line?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HelloFresh
Interview
This interview process showed me how young and unprofessional HelloFresh is and left a bad taste in my mouth. So I got contacted for two positions. The first for setting up a phone interview for junior associate. I responded within an hour or two and reviewed no response. So I reached out again to get a we went with anothe candidate. How unprofessional to contact someone then never respond. My customer service position was a phone call. I missed the call and got a voice mail. We continued to play phone which lead to a voicemail of "hey it's me call me back" in an annoyed tone. I finally was able to speak with the recruiter and she was nice just didn't have any answers to my questions and seemed confused that I would have questions. As a result of this I just was kind of over this company and opted out after being asked for an office interview.
