The phone interview went very well with HR. The man on the phone was very friendly and seemed to really believe in the company. Following my interview, he sent me over a writing test. I took the test and sent it back in the given amount of time. He then replied, said it "looked fantastic", and that he would get back to me within the week. When I didn't hear back, I sent a follow-up e-mail asking where they were at in their process, and if I wasn't selected, thanked them for their time. When companies do not respond letting the candidate know that they did not receive the job, I think it looks badly on the company. Candidates are taking time for HelloFresh's interview process. Letting them down kindly will leave a better taste than say ignoring e-mails completely.
