Freundliches Telefonat mit den üblichen vorab Vorstellungsfragen. Insgesamt sehr professionell und höflich. Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte relativ zeitnah und die Rückmeldung auf das Telefonat war ebenfalls zügig. Es wird stark auf Company Fit geachtet. Die Strukturen scheinen noch sehr nach denen eines Startups, da das besondere Erwähnung in dem Gespräch fand.

Video Interview with a lot of technical problems which forced the interviewer to call me. However, the technical problem kept going, making the interview impossible. I did not understand a word the interviewer was saying and I was guessing the answer by picking some of his word during the conversation. The line dropped 2 times. I think the best would have been to reschedule it. Did not go through the second phase and the negative outcome was quite obvious.
