HelloFresh interview questions

Three interviews with different team members each for 30 minutes. They put new post for the same position every few days and do interviews but apparently they don't give offers and hire. No explanation of this behavior except they maybe use candidates data for other purposes. ** Totally Waste of time and efforts.

It was an over the phone interview. First, went through my resume. She explained the job and the company. She asked about 4 questions and the interview was over within 20 minutes. This was the first interview in their whole interview process.
