It was a long interview process. First I was contacted by HR who set up the first interview. I then went through several interviews with my would-be manager and director. I did a case study, and then another interview to present my case study. Finally I was invited for a "casual" coffee with the Senior Vice President, although it felt more like an interview than something more informal.

The process was straightforward. First interview happened to be with two recruiters. As for the second interview, I participated in a group interview with a few other recruiters and candidates. It was very interactive and fun!

Interview
Initial contact with recruiter was great. Recruiter was quick to respond, interview and moved me along through to the next round. I left my next round of interviews with positive feedback from the member of leadership I interviewed with, and heard back from the recruiter. She shared an update about a week later after I followed up then ghosted me. I understand if other candidates have been selected, but communicate that and share if you’d honestly like to stay in touch or not. The lack of respect for candidates make me have concern for how they actually treat their employees.
