HelloFresh interview questions

First there was a short interview with someone in HR. There it was more about general and cultural fit. Then they gave me an assessment project. With an CSV file, that should be transformed as described, and additionally they asked for SQL queries to get specific results. All was offline offline, no time pressure. After positive feedback, there was an interview with one of the People in the Operational Excellence Department. Finishing up would have an interview with the BeNeLux CEO, but i did not get there.

I applied online and the HR reached out to me within a week. After the HR screening, there is a take-home test. If you pass the take-home test, they will arrange a technical interview which will be about the take-home test. The take-home test I received was a predictive modeling exercise. The interviewers in the technical interview asked a lot about data cleaning, manipulation, algorithm, result interpretation questions. The chat was friendly yet slightly intense.
