HelloFresh interview questions

Three interviews, recruiter, manager, step-up manager. Interviews were easy, but I don't think the step-up manager liked me as I wasn't offered a role. The hiring manager seemed very interested in my background and candidacy, so not sure what to make of that.

I probably would not recommend a friend to apply. The interview process is fairly transparent, just time-consuming and almost not worth the experience. First, they ask for a 30-minute screen call with HR. If successful you'll move on to a 1-hr meeting w/ the hiring manager, and another HelloFresh team member. Questions are fairly basic for the role itself. If successful again, you'll receive an assignment. (Note: they say you will not have to present the assignment, but they will ask you questions...so the same experience as actually presenting) As for the case itself, it is a basic business case, where the potential employer "HelloFresh" gives you a real-life future scenario they will experience. They ask you to do research and provide them with creative ideas. The assignment should take you anywhere from 2-6 hours to complete. If you proceed to the "presentation" of the assignment, I believe there is one more stage afterwards.
