3 interviews: 1st with an internal recruiter, 2nd assessment centre with a group and you go through various role play scenarios to see how you would be in the situations, 3rd in office with the department heads and teams who are interested in you. Overall a difficult interview process but they were very open and gave feedback at every stage of the interview. The last two interviews were both 2 hours each so it was quite a time commitment. The 3rd interview was mainly just seeing if you would be a fit for the team that was hiring, they also go through your CV and ask you questions about it.

A very thorough interview process across multiple stages with the internal recruitment team, direct hiring managers and senior leadership. Open, transparent and smooth process that was closed out in a few days. It included a role play or two.
