I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hays in Aug 2015
Interview
The entire process is incredibly long and drawn out. It started with a telephone interview which was fine a quick 15 minuet discussion about what I knew about Hays and my reasons for wanting to work there. I then had a face to face interview with the same internal recruiter. I was blown over with figures about earning potential and how much money I would earn over the next few years along with constant promotions. Then I had an assessment day which was 12 of us being quized on our selling ability and how well we could strip a CV. I then had an interview with the Director of the area I was going to be working within, the interview was terrible I was constantly remarked as being wrong and felt it has gone horribly. I was then offered the position but it was not in the office I was looking to work in so I then had to meet with the manager of that branch. After 3 repeats of the same questions I cant help but feel that it would have been more beneficial to meet the director on my first interview as 5 interviews is alot of time to take out from work. I would like to state that the whole process took 2 months where I would go upto 2 weeks at a time with no indication of how it had gone.
