Interview
4 stage process that challenges and pushes you to think more rather than just give standard interview questions. The process is very educational as well. I was shown in depth what would be expected of me and what the job would look like on a day to day basis.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2012
Interview
Standard recruitment interview. There were general questions around me, what I knew about the company, my market and if I knew anyone in the business. The interview was relatively straight forward and easy. I was quietly confident upon leaving the building that I was successful.
