Interview
I emailed my CV directly to the department I was interested in and was asked to come in for an interview, I met with the assistant manager and then came in a second time to meet the manager. I didn't originally apply for the role, I was applying for their help but they had a space on their team and were interested in my experience. This probably wasn't the usually recruitment method.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hays (Lancaster, Inglaterra) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was challenging but not overwhelming. I had an initial interview with the manager of the branch I was applying for first, I was then sent on an assessment centre in Manchester for a full morning which included introducing myself to the room, quite a few role plays, making my own job advert and selling in a candidate at the end. The internal recruiter Clare was very professional but also personable and I got the feeling she wanted you to do well. I received feedback during the assessment centre which I also found useful. I then had a final interview with a director and my manager which again was challenging but only reiterated my interest in the role and I left hoping I would get the offer - which thankfully I did.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2016
Interview
I came in for a meeting with a Director and Manager of Hays IT to discuss joining Hays following the completion of my degree. I had previously completed a years internship at Hays so it was more of a catch up which felt very pleasant. Most people have to do an assessment centre but luckily I was fast tracked because of my previous experience working at Hays and internal connections.
