I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hays (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Aug 2016
Interview
The recruitment process for hiring at Hays was a very enjoyable and organized process. I was impressed at the speed at which I was called in for an interview, followed by an assessment center. David Withycombe and Rupinder Panesar, my interviewers, were highly approachable and genuinely interested in hearing about my education and past experience. The assessment day was intense but it really reflected the nature of the work I would do as a recruitment consultant which only excited me further.
