Hays interview questions

Telephone interview asking why Hays, why sales (I was moving from another profession), face to face with possible new manager that was some skilled based and some more personal, assessment centre with 6 other candidates that assessed sales skills and final interview that was more cultural fit with company. Quite a fast process once assessment centre had taken place.

2 stage f2f in office, it was a nice office, a modern office with well appropriated office accessories and high quality stationary was provided freely. The office was rather cold so I requested the heating be turned up, it was but the office quickly became too cold. Better office temprature measuring is required
