There is a three-phase interview.
The first one is with the HR department, where they will mostly evaluate if you will fit with the companies' values and environment. The second phase is a group phase with practical questions and exercises. The last phase is with the manager of your team.
Thorough explanation thru the call, quite fast reactions. A lot of corporates language and processes too. The company has clear vision or expectation of the candidate and responsibilities so they are less flexible in that.
Spoke with a recruiter for an initial phone call, was invited into the office for a formal interview, and never heard back. I wouldn't have minded being ghosted after the phone call, but the in-person interview was at least an hour, I think you owe it to the person to at least tell them you were rejected.
