Hays interview questions

Phone call screening for first stage, interview for second stage and role play assessment to find out whether or not you fit in their company values as their last stage.

I was asked to an interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and the recruiter seemed to have a check list of x questions, asked them and answered every question with "hm, okay" - very uninspiring and boring talk. Also, the job description seemed a lot more fun then it was when she explained the job in person. Employer branding was not very great - I did not want to work in that company after the interview.
